ftp site access

St Ives Music & Multimedia have established a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) allowing customers to send in digital artwork files across the internet. This facility is perfect for transferring large amounts of data with a high level of security and at no cost. To take full advantage of this facility you will need a fast connection speed at your end.

All of our customers using this service are issued with a unique password and username to give them access to their own secure area of our FTP site. Should you choose to share your password with anyone they could interfere with or delete your data but can have no effect or any other area of the site. You may be assured that no other individual having access to other parts of sites can see your data which is held independent and totally secure.

Files that are sent via PC need to be in PDF format.

Files that are sent via a MAC must be compressed with a .sit extension. We recommend the use of stuffit software.

If you would like to take advantage of this facility we will be happy to set up a secure area of our site for your exclusive use. This process will take 24 hours. You can make this site accessible to anyone necessary by sharing your password and user name. The site is maintained on secure backed up servers on site at St Ives Multimedia and the data once deposited is accessible to all 4 of the Division’s sites including Holland.
Should you require further details on the benefits of this facility then please contact us and we will be happy to talk you though it.

This area holds all the packaging templates available for download. Each download contains Quark Xpress (.qxd) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats.

The templates have been compressed into .zip format, so you will require suitable decompression software (such as stuffit expander Windows/Mac versions available for free download) in order to open them. Stuffit Expander is available from the company’s official site.
